Irwin Weinberg was a stamp dealer in Wilkes-Barre Penn. He handled nearly a dozen copies of the Inverted Jenny. He also bought the famous British Guiana One-cent Magenta stamp in a 1970 Siegel Rarities sale for $280,000 and sold it in the 1980 Siegel Rarities sale for $935,000. Mr. Weinberg passed away in 2016.
