Summary
Position 32 is currently part of the permanent collection of the British Library. It was donated to the British Museum in 1942 by Mrs. Sybil Fitzgerald, wife of the artist Augustine Fitzgerald. She formed a significant worldwide Air Mail collection to the 1930's, with particular strength in pioneer air flights.
In 1972, ownership was transferred from the British Museum to the newly created British Library.
