Dimitri Tziracopoulo
Dimitri Tziracopoulo was from Cairo. He was also a collector of Old Master paintings ("in Berlin before 1939" according to one source), and his paintings were sold in the 1960s.
He first exhibited Position 19 in 1952. He won the Grand Prix in the August 1961 FISA exhibition in the Netherlands (as reported in Air Post Journal Nov. 1961).
His Air Post collection was sold by Harmer, Rooke of London on October 1, 1965 (lot 538)
