Ideal Stamp Company
Ideal Stamp Company was started by Sam Malamud in 1957. They deal in stamps, coins, jewelry, and silver and gold bullion.
Ideal was also one of the original partners in marketing the legendary treasure from the wreck of El Cazador.
One of Ideal's sister businesses - which was also founded by Sam Malamud - is New York-based Inter-Governmental Philatelic Corporation. IGPC represents some 70 client nations and has designed and helped produce commemorative stamps for about 100 official government postal administrations around the world and is responsible for up to 50 percent of the world's stamps in any given year. IGPC is also responsible for minting the coins of many nations.
