Mr. A.T. Seymour was a collector from Texas. He was a major buyer in the Lilly sales in the 1960's. Part of his comprehensive collection of United States stamps was sold by the Siegel firm in 1970. A portion, including his outstanding Postmasters' Provisionals, was sold privately.
