PROVENANCE

From the sheet of 100 purchased by William T. Robey at the Washington , D.C. post office on May 14, 1918. This sheet was sold to dealer Eugene Klein, who in turn sold it to collector Col. Edward H. R. Green. Green broke up the sheet into blocks and singles.
