Mr. Przybyl considers himself representative of the American Dream, where hard work and perseverance can lead to success. Growing up in a middle-class family on Long Island, Mr. Przybyl did not graduate from college, but advanced himself from a pharmaceutical sales representative to chief executive officer in a career that spanned more than 30 years. Now retired, he was a successful CEO of two specialty pharmaceutical companies over a 17-year period. During his tenure as CEO, he listed both companies on NASDAQ, increased shareholder value and, more importantly, as the companies’ revenues grew, expanded employment and advanced careers.

Mr. Przybyl resides in the Buckhead community of Atlanta, Georgia, with Candy, his wife of 39 years. They have two children, Arthur II and Veronica, and two grandchildren, Victoria Grace and Arthur Stephen III.
